Imagine billions of strands of Divine Source light coming down vertically through you and into mother earth. Imagine billions of strands of Divine Source light coming through you horizontally. As you take a big breath in, pull more Divine Source light down the vertical strands. As you breathe out, send the Divine Source light out of the horizontal strands and send it around the world. Do this at least 16 times. Find the Divine Source energy in the center of your heart chakra. Using your breath, expand it out to fill your whole body, your home, your block, your town, your state, your country, the world. Ask that all of the Beings who's body, minds, emotions, and spirits can benefit from the oneness be awakened to it. If you want to awaken to non-duality oneness ask that the Nonduality oneness energy be activated in you. Enjoy! Come out of meditation.
