Soulmates
What exactly is your soulmate? Plato called them split aparts. At one point you were one with your primary soulmate, then you became 2 spirits and go throughout your lifetimes growing and evolving, but always coming back together to share what you have learned. This is why we all have a desire to find our "other half." Soulmates can also do more together then either of them can do on their own. This is because your energies square each other rather than being a sum of the parts.
We also have secondary soulmates. These are members of your soul clusters that you resonate with at almost the highest level possible. If both people put energy into a secondary soulmate relationship, you can turn it into or almost into the equivalent of a primary soulmate relationship. Most people have a series of secondary soulmate relationships to learn and grow from before they meet their primary soulmate.

Mino aka AKA mahina (spiritual smile of the month):
One of my 24 yr old twins, Kyla visited her almost 90 yr old Grandmother (on Father's side) and very fundamentalist Christian Aunt and Uncle. Her Grandmother broke her knee cap and was in acute pain. Knowing she had to do something, Kyla began rubbing her hands together and her Grandmother said, "Are you cold dear?" Kyla responded, "No, I'm going to do healing work on you like my Mother does. It's ARCH and Reiki (both of which she has taken from me)." Then, feeling the disapproval from her Aunt and Uncle, she turned around looked at them and said, "It's like what Jesus did, and it creates miracles!" Her Grandmother started saying, "Oh that feels wonderful! That feels really good!" In a short period of time she was completely out of pain.I'm very proud of Kyla that even in a situation where she knew that her Aunt and Uncle would disapprove, she did what was right for her Grandmother!

- Tune into your 1st chakra and find something positive to say to yourself on a survival level.
- Tune into your 2nd chakra and find something positive to say to yourself on an emotional and sexual level.
- Tune into your 3rd chakra and find something positive to say to yourself on a will, will power and manifesting level.
- Tune into your 4th chakra and find something positive to say to yourself on a love and affinity for yourself and others level.
- Tune into your 5th chakra and find something positive to say to yourself on a communication level.
- Tune into your 6th chakra and find something positive to say to yourself on a psychic, creativity and healing ability level.
- Tune into your 7th chakra and find something positive to say to yourself on a spiritual awareness level.
- Come out of meditation.
- Do this daily this month.
