Happy Holiday! Mele Kalikimaka, Merry Christmas, Winter Solstice, Hanukkah, Kuanza!The economic challenges give us an opportunity to go back to remembering the point of the season! I hope that you all know that the greatest gift that you can give and receive is LOVE. I maybe paraphrasing "How the Grinch Stole Christmas", but it is true none the less. Read the book to your children, grandchildren or yourself again! :). As you move through this holiday season, remember the magic, the love, and the peace within. That truly is a gift that we can all share with ourselves and with one another - and the best part is that it is FREE.
Last year on Christmas Eve day, I went to the mall and radiated out Divine Presence Energy to everyone for 5 hours. It was amazing to see how the expressions on the people's faces changed when they felt it. If you give gifts to others, instead of spending a lot of money for a big bang effect, give something meaningful. They will probably cherish it more and keep it around longer. Be sure to give yourself something too, something nourishing. Perhaps the gift of time, an hour to do nothing, take a long bath, or get a massage.
Remember that we have proclaimed January 1st of each year as Oneness Day where we listen to Oneness carols, do random acts of kindness, renew commitments to Oneness, and join us in a Oneness meditation. 1) Go into a meditative state.
2) Ask your Being to be fully present in your body.
3) Experience you Being in every cell.
4) Ask that you Christ or Buddha Consciousness be activated.
5) Imagine yourself going through the holiday season in that state.
6) Come out of meditation.
7) Do this daily for the month of December.
8) Notice how this changes how you view the world and yourself.
