Happy almost summer!

Speaking of happy, are you? If not, what are you waiting for? If
not now, when? It’s time to give up whatever you use to stop yourself
from being happy (see Meditation of the Month). The more enlightened
you are, the happier you are. Remember, part of enlightenment is
being self centered (being centered in yourself) and not letting
anything outside of you throw you off. I’m on a “don’t worry, be
happy” and love everyone phase of my life (that I intend to keep for
the rest of it). So, how about joining me? What do you have to lose?
It’s true that you will need to give up your sadness, guilt, jealousy,
anger, victim mentality, etc. but I guarantee you that it will be
worth it.

So, put a smile on your face! Now doesn’t that feel better?

a pomegranate

a firefly’s wing.

I am the salty chorus of Orca sopranos

engaging in playful ocean gossip…

The scent of damp earth inhaled through the truffle pig’s bristly
snout as she roots for those precious black treasures beneath a hidden
oak tree in the South of France.

I am the Raw Umber crayon in the Crayola box

An old Elvis record

Foam and marigolds.

I am the waxy hexagon dripping with sweet liquid sunlight--the golden
triumph of dancing summer bees.

I am the heightened awareness of a baby skunk as he toddles after his
mother in search of mulberries in the gathering dusk.

I am the tea stain on a restaurant menu in Hong Kong

Boxer shorts

The aspirin bottle on the nightstand.

I am the ash that drops to the street from the glowing cigarette
balanced between the prostitute’s painted lips…

Soap in the tub

An infant’s sigh.

NINAU (question) of the MAHINA (MONTH):

People are still expressing their concern for me going to Oneness University
in India next month. I’m using this section to clarify it.

Oneness University invited a group of prominent Native Hawaiian
leaders over to the University as guests (the university is giving
them room, board and the training for free). My adopted dad, Kahuna
Lokahi, was invited and he wanted to send me. I said I would go, but
not if it meant I went instead of an indigenous Hawaiian. So, there
are ten Hawaiians and me. I am interested in how they do deeksha
because some of the time people have Nonduality experiences as a
result of the deeksha (their way of transferring the energy). It does
not feel to me as my Oneness Nonduality, but I am already there. My
intent is not to give up my path for theirs, but I do hope to compare
notes with Bagvan. I know that everything happens for a reason.
Maybe there is something I can learn from him as well as something he
can learn from me. As I have said before, we share the same goal of
awakening as many people as possible to Oneness before 2012. If
enough people awaken (it is said that only one in 10 million people,
like me, spontaneously goes into Oneness Nonduality, I hope to change
those statistics), that the transformation of 2012 will be one of pono
(in harmony and balance) rather than one of pilikia (drama and trauma)

Infinite Oneness Enlightenment

23-year-old daughter, Kaetlyn, and my 2 1/2 –year-old grandson,
Ashton, came to visit. I overheard her say to him, “Do you know how
happy you make mommy?” Ashton answered, “You’re welcome.”

Meditation of the mahina (month):

1. Go into a meditative state.

2. Create a bubble out in front of you.

3. Put whatever you use to stop yourself from being happy in it.

4. Send it out to the sun and watch it evaporate.

5. FEEL yourself being happy.

6. Imagine yourself doing things from a happy state.

7. Open your eyes but do not come out of this state.

8. Live happy!
